Using HDMI to LCD TV Image Looks Bad/Corrupt

I'm Using VGA To LCD TV and It works fine, I Tried to use an HDMI But the Image Looks Corrupt Everything looks Blurry and colors looks mixed, Cannot Provide a Screenshot Because the Image Looks Normal in it (For some reason) I thought Its bad HDMI Cable, Untill i Bought 3 different Ones and they All gave me the Same Result. I've Tried To tinker With Every possible AMD catalyst Setting to No Avail (Overscan Is off) Any Help is Appreciated.

Hey, Thanks for The Answer. It's Set to 60HZ, I tried Other Supported Refresh Rates But Nothing Changes. I Truely want to provide A screencap but When i do the Screenshot Looks Normal for some reason.
