BSOD with an error BAD_POOL_CALLER on Windows 10

Solution
I had one of these last night, I won't assume its caused by same thing as it can be any driver.

Try running a program called Who crashed: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed

Its free for home users.

It will analyse that dump file and show you what caused it, then if you cannot work out what cause was, paste its results in here and I am sure someone can help :)

Thank you for the reply. I found that program (whocrashed) yesterday afternoon during a quick check of minidump file readers. I found the one that you are suggesting and it not only did a good job, it was very simple to use. It was just a matter of looking up the corrupted file and a quick fix.

It turns out that the culprit was one of the McAfee drivers for their firewall bundled with LiveSafe. I did an uninstall, manually removed some leftover baggage, cleaned up the left over registry entries, and reinstalled. This was on my wife's computer and it has been up and running for the last 24 hours with no problems.

Once again, thanks for your response!
