I'm looking to finally upgrade from the laptop I've been using for quite a long time to a new PC. What I want is something that can run plenty of new games at 60fps, stream games (sometimes while even playing games at the same time on the PC), and to also work with plenty of modern gaming engines for Game Development.
What I want to know is if this build will be sufficient for all of these tasks as well as work correctly, as this is my first go at actually building a PC, so I want to make sure I don't mess it up. Feel free to ignore the extra components below the Optical Drive, unless you have solid recommendations for those too.
