Trouble With Monitor...

I recently got a new monitor. the brand is upstar. I am a big csgo player so when i got the monitor i hopped into a csgo match. Once i got in I noticed blur while moving my character. I never noticed this on my old monitor. So i looked in settings and the motion blur is turned off. So whats wrong with the monitor???

what frequency is it set at? does that monitor have an "auto" button or a "menu" button with "auto" in it?

yes it has a menu and auto button. Dont know what u mean by frequency though...

i couldnt make it go to 75 but in the csgo game settings i changed it from computer monitor to television and now there is no blur. so i guess thats good... also will television setting be alright or will it hurt my eyes?
