DirectX 9 is broken/won't work ? (windows 10)

It was working fine, but after trying to get a game to work and changing some direct x files in system32 directx 9 wont work. Now video files in vlc just shows the color purple and i get error messages when starting video games. Directx 11 works file though. I cant even run "dxdiag" to check for errors (i get error message). I have tried replacing .dll files in system32, restarting pc reinstalling directx and so on and it still doesn't work.

Here are some of the errors i get:
When running gta v : 0xc000007b
When playing video files : purple color
When running dxdiag : ...Could not load DXDIAG.DLL

I have also tried looking at other posts with similar problems but haven't found a solution yet.

Sounds like you need to (in this order)
1) Run sfc /scannow to fix the problems you caused by replacing files
2) Clean install your graphics drivers
3) Stop using mods
