I created a workaround out of a lot of answers I found in the web.
That worked for my printer (Canon PIXMA MX925):

Step 1 - Cleaning the print head:
(See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nb2g5-4uCu8)
1. Turn printer OFF
2. Open print head bay
3. Remove all ink cartridges
4. Pull on the plastics where ink-types are written on
5. Try to pull on the plastics wich are located on the very end of the ink-holder to remove the head
6. Clean head and reassemble after drying

Step 2 - Reset B200:
1. Open the print head bay (as though you were about to change inks)
2. Turn printer ON
3. Wait for print carriage to start moving to the left and let it go past half way
4. Before print carriage reaches left hand side (but after going halfway across) shut the cover.
5. Leave the Printer turned on
5a. If B200 still exists, turn off printer and start over Step 2
6. After initialization do the service menu stuff and/or replace your ink

Good luck!

PS: If this does not work for you because your print head is damaged, the print head type is Canon QY6-0086
