Keyboard and Mouse stopped Working after PC Reset - Windows 10

Help my mouse and keyboard don't work. I just want to play counter strike

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Do a hard reboot first, unplug the PC from the wall outlet then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it back up and see if the mouse and keyboard will work or not.
- If it doesn't work shut down your PC again then plug the Mouse and Keyboard onto a different USB ports then see if it will work or not.
- If it doesn't work again you'll need to try a different USB mouse and keyboard and see if it will work or not because if a different Mouse and Keyboard will work that means you'll need to replace those that are defective already.
