how do i install an operating sysyem on a wiped computer

I have reset my computer to factory settings and now it wont work as no operating system is installed. Help needed...............

You could try the process again but you really are better off without Vista.

If you can afford it, buy a genuine copy of Windows 7 and upgrade it free to Windows 10. If money is short, there are plenty of free Linux systems you could install. Ubuntu and Mint are good starters for folks with no history of using Linux.
