Random Shut-Down with AMD fx 8350

Hi Toms,

I have bought Fx 8350 2 weeks back... Systems gets turn off automatically when continuously using system for 1 hour or so..
Can this happens due to heating problem..? I don't think so as i m using cooler master hyper 212x air cooler.

System Specification :
AMD FX 8350
MSI 970 Gaming MOBO
cooler master hyper 212x air cooler
sapphire radeon r9 270 GPU
Corsair VS 650 PSU - 650 W
kingston hyperx fury 8gb 1866mhz RAM

Please help me to find out exact cause for this....

Could be your psu. It's not very good.
Could be from heat. Do you have adequate airflow in your case? Are you sure the 212 is installed correctly? Have you checked your temps?

Yes I have cc830 Cabinet and I believe it is providing good airflow. Regarding temperature have checked With HWMonitor it is showing 45-47C when there is minimum load .
Also checked the same with AMD Overdrive, it is showing Thermal margin around 22-23C in all 8 cores.

I took reading from event viewer in crirical error section and it was something like below -

Thanks, the culprit was PSU...I've changed CPU Seasonic s12II 620w Now its working like a charm..!
