Can't use Edge because I`m somehow using a "Buit-In Administrator" account

How do I create my own account? How do I get rid of this Built-In Administrator account?

2. You create a new User. Preferably a 'standard' user.

Ok, that`s what I've been trying to do but every time I try, the User Creation screen blinks and disappears. I don't know if that's because Windows is in the process of updating or something else.

I don't know either. You need to fix that first.

Edge works here just fine with built in Administrator account.
