Microsoft Software Swap Procedure?

Hiya, First time pc builder here,

I'm getting my os from reddit, which is pretty popular by now. I never ordered from this site, and want to now how it works, like, what to expect after e-mailing the seller, and when to give them the money.

I suggest buying from an authorized and reputable seller(newegg for example). Places like reddit and g2a that sell keys are not authorized resellers and there are many horror stories of peoples cheap keys being invalidated as the key was not suppose to be resold (msdn and educational keys for example) or was purchased with a stolen credit card and resold.

I agree with bignasty, buying a Windows key from reddit sounds like a really bad idea. Like meeting someone in a dark alley to buy guns in cash kind of bad idea.
