Athlon II X4 740 vs A6-7400K vs Athlon II X4 840

Hey guys. I am thinking about buying one of this CPU.
AMD Athlon ™ II X4 740 (AD740XOKHJBOX)
AMD A6-7400K (AD740KYBJABOX)
AMD Athlon ™ II X4 840 (AD840XYBJABOX)
I want to buy mother board A68HM-P33-V2. It support all this CPU.

1. What CPU have better performance? I will not do any overclocking. I use PC for WEB development and sometimes for videoediting.

2. And I don’t understand one thing. CPUs 740 & 840 haven't integrated video graphics. But have they hardware video encoding acceleration (for HD-video)? - I wan't to buy old and used videocard.

3. Is it good idea buy DDR3-1866, not DDR3-1600. Will I have best performance?

1. A6-7400k and AMD Athlon X4 840 are both good in my opinion but i think that the 7400k is better, because you can overclock it and it's clocked higher, but at the same time the Athlon has more cores and should be able to handle more threads. If you have decent cooler, my opinion is to go for A6-7400K because it also has on-chip graphics and you can overclock it. If you don't want to waste money on cooler, go for the X4 840

2. If you are looking for old and used video card, i suggest going for 6800 or r9 270, since it's price dropped since the new cards came.

3. 1866 or 1600, i don't personally see difference. If you are looking to save some money, go for 1600, it won't impact you in-game, probably apps to load faster with 1-2% but i changed long time ago and haven't seen any difference.
