Since this is not only my first build, but my first water-cooling build as well, any suggestions for this particular case would be very helpful. Also any NEVER or ALWAYS things when actually setting up the water-cooling would be great as well.

Anyways, the image above is what my plan is after having researched a few things. The setup should cause slightly positive pressure since four are exhausting while only three are for intake.

I'm hoping for a next-to-silent PC even under load. Is this setup something that would do it or is it too much or too little?

Any recommendations on other water-cooling parts like a pump, fittings, tubing, etc? I'm also unsure which GTX 980 Ti to get that would be best suited for water cooling while still having the performance of the best 980 Ti cards out there such as the Zotac Amp Extreme variant.

This is the build for any other info you might need about it:

I'd really like to not go over $2500
