Trying to add a Microsoft account to win 10 but get reserved domain error

I am currently trying to set up another user on one of our work computers that is running windows 10 pro. I was able to add her just fine a few weeks back on a different computer and now when im trying to add her account to another computer it says This email is part of a reserved domain. Please enter a different email address. I then tried another one of our employees Microsoft email address's and it worked just fine. I also went to my work computer to try the troubled Microsoft account and it gives me the same error. ANY IDEAS??

they don't accept all emails , like Apple , when you're creating an apple id you can't use just any email ..
