$800 budget build - change parts, or stick with what I have?

I put a build together a month ago, but I know technology is always changing. It will be for casual gaming on Battlefield, or World of Tanks

I have:
Mid-tower case
cpu cooler - http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/cpu-cooler/katana-3-cpu-cooler.html
power supply
optical drive
fans & cables
and storage drive.

I think its looks good I mean you cant go wrong with i5 these days for casual gaming. I would check some benchmarks on the r9 390 and see if you can get a faster card for similar price

Hey mate, good picking on your parts, from what i know this video card that you have chosen is a very good fit with the cpu and it will not bottleneck, you can play on high settings running 1080p almost anything with some good frames per second, and imo it is going to last for some time. Also 8gb ram are enough and ofc the ssd is always a plus!
