What graphics card should I get?-solved

I have ati raedon hd 3200 graphics card and I know I need to replace this with a better one but which should that be I want to play new games from 2016 and down with little to no lag.

I have 4gb of ram that I plan to upgrade to ddr3 8gb, For processors it say I have 2 amd athlon(tm) ll x2 215,

You need a whole new system to play new games. That Athlon wont have a chance.

I don't quite have a budget planned out ive just been trying to find the best for the cheapest, like the 8gb cards im buying are 6 a piece.

RAM? I wouldn't buy anything else for that pc. It really needa a new build for 2016 games I'm afraid.
