Razer sign up error

When I wanna sign in into razer, it says "Id has invalid characters". WTF does that mean???
I followed all the instructions and downloaded the razer comms......

I would guess you can only use letters and numbers in user name, I can't find anything to confirm it though. click option to reset password, they should have the ID that you registered with on either the email or the link that you will go to for changing it.

What is your username? If it has any symbols in it then you may need to enter a new one. If its a existing account then its the wrong username.
