Can i use the HDMI port on my Motherboard as input?

i got a 21.5inch screen, it has a vga and DVI ports
i was wondering if it's possible to use the motherboard's HDMI port as input? i'm using the DVI port to display my PC and i don't have any cable to connect my PS3 to the VGA port so i was thinking if i could use the HDMI port on the motherboard to play my PS3 over my PC???
i have a HDMI cable for the PS3

my PC specs are:
G3258 4.2GHz
Radeon HD 7850 2GB oc edition
16GB ddr3 memory
and Asus B85M-G
WIndows 10 Pro
1TB seagate 7200rpm hdd
