Disk D RAW?

Hello, I just updated my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10, everything went well, BUT my second hard drive, which is D, didn't show up in THIS PC section, so I went to manage and D is shown as RAW. Every time I want to open it, system asks me to format it, but I have tons and tons of information on it, pretty much all my life (photos, videos and much more information)

What should I do now? Can I somehow without formating it recover disk D?

You can recover it, there is software that does it, but I don't know which is the best to use, Someone else will though.

You should use cloud backup as well, or an external hdd. So much safer.

Try Macrium Reflect Free http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx You may need to enable deep scanning and always save any data that it recovers on a different drive than the one you are recovering data from or you could overwrite data that hasn't been recovered yet.
