Google Chrome Not Working

Hi,
So, earlier today, Google Chrome was working fine. There was nothing wrong and it was going at its regular speed. However, after I closed the tabs and tried to open it again, it wouldn't work. After 5-10 minutes a page would load, but nothing is appearing on the page. I tried restarting the computer, but that doesn't work. What can I do? I have Windows 10 just in case that information is needed. Thanks in advance!

are you still online? Look in the lower right. Is the network icon clean or is there a yellow triangle in it? If so, you are not online... check you router/modem

It is clean and it is showing full bars. I am writing this from the same computer, but from Microsoft Edge instead of Chrome.

I'm having an issue on one PC w/ Win10 and chrome... Looked deeper and the system is loading update 1511.... I need top wait until all that garbage is finished.
