how to fix "Cannot extract package Unable to create temporary directory"

Hi, Though this problem has been mentioned before, however, the changing environment Variable under user vars method didn't work.
Back to the problem, I installed Anaconda 2.5 for Python 2.7 and noticed that temp dir happened to be a problem and I couldn't open any of the IDEs. And the Launcher gave me a "Cannot extract package

Unable to create temporary directory." error
Please help!

2| Try a repair install while you're in your desktop environment.
3| Have yo also made sure your BIOS and remaining chipset drivers are up to date? It could be worthwhile to pass on your full system's specs.
