I keep getting blue screens, system_service_exception

Hello,

I keep bluescreening randomly when playing games like GTA 5 and Just Casue 3, there are 3 errors i get pretty often and those are: system_thread_exception_not_handled, system_service_exception and irql_not_less_or_equal. I did a Memtest (memtest86) and nothing seemd to be wrong. But when i tested my CPU with Prime95 and soms cores couldn't be tested. The last few days i had a lot of system_thread_exception_not_handled blue screen so I downloaded BlueScreenView and the blue screens are caused by ntoskrnl.exe. I also booted into safemode and Unistalled the Graphics driver but that didn't seem to help. If you need more information about my system, tell me.

Does anyone know a fix or anything that could cause the blue screens because I have no idea where they are comming from.

Specs:
AMD FX-830 Eight-Core Processor 4.00GHz
8GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeFroce GTX 760
Windows 10 (64 bit)

Did you mean some "cores" could not be tested or some "scores" with prime95?

I meant cores, because some of them gave an error and stopped testing, but i don't know what the problem was
