Hello,
When I start my computer that I have custom built, the MSI gaming motherboard splash screen appears that says f11=boot menu and del=bios. Then it should change to a black screen with the windows logo and the loading dot circle. This is what i want. On mine, the splash screen stays in place and the swirly windows loading is at the bottom of the screen, and then my lock screen appears. Does anybody know how to get the windows booting screen back and how to change it? I am running widows 10 on a MSI B150 M3 Gaming mobo with click bios 5.

Hello Joseph Draper

Can you please confirm if it is a laptop or a desktop computer?

In case of laptop, you may want to hard reset it. Here's how:

> Disconnect the power adapter from the laptop.

> Pull out its battery.

> Press and hold down the Power button for 45-60 seconds.

> Release the Power button.

> Put the battery back in and try starting the computer this time.

In case of a desktop computer:

> Power off the computer.

> Disconnect the power cable and all the external peripherals that may be attached to it.

> Open the system case's back panel.

> Locate and pull out the CMOS battery from the motherboard. (CMOS battery looks identical to the batteries used in wrist watches, but is a bit bigger in size.)

> Leave the computer alone for 30-45 minutes.

> Connect the power cable and try starting the computer, first without the CMOS battery, and then with it.

Feel free to report back if further assistance is needed.

Cheers!! :)
