Windows Will not Star And it keeps Restarting after Resetting Pc

I've had some problems with some of my apps in my ASUS M32BC (Windows 10) So I Decided to Reset The computer. I chose Fully reset Not factory. while resetting like in about 50% Something popup "Error While Resetting your computer" Then i Restarted the Computer, but windows Didn't load, instead it keep restarting. I tried to go to safe mode but didn't find the option. i Think Is something about the Windows image or something else.

Since you did a full reset and didn't save any of your files, you have nothing to lose by downloading the windows 10 iso (see: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10) and using it to create a bootable usb or dvd and use it to boot into your PC and do a fresh install.
