Will this DVI-I to VGA converter work?

I am buying a new graphics card (Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 4GB) but I only have VGA monitors. By using this cable would I be able to use one of my monitors with the graphics card? I know that DVI is digital and VGA is analogue, but this listing claims that it will convert the DVI signal to VGA. I don't know much about this so I don't know if I should trust this, because I've heard that a lot of cheap adapters don't actually convert the digital signal to analogue.

If this won't work, can you send a link to something that will? And I do not want to buy a new monitor at the moment so please don't suggest that.

DVI-I can output both digital and analogue signals, so yes, it'll work.

However, the GTX960 only has one DVI port, so you'll only be able to connect one VGA display.
