Motherboard drivers wont install? please help.

I just built a pc with an amd fx 6300 vishera 6 core 3.5 Ghz cpu and a msi 970 gaming motherboard.
i installed windows just fine but the next step was to install the motherboard drivers but on the disc it came with it showed nothing to install. i then went onto their website to get the drivers but there is no chipset drivers for windows 10. i downloaded the windows 8 version of the chipset drivers but i dont think it worked because im hooked up by ethernet cable and im extremely in games. should i get windows 8 or can i fix this? also the drivers for my cpu say they are unable to install because theyre out of date if that is the problem.

Blank install discs are common, they point you to web site so you always get latest drivers

All they seem to have are audio and network drivers, a utility for over clocking and a new bios

win 10 probably grabbed a bundle of drivers for your PC, its likely it already has the ones you tried to load.
