Well it goes as the title says. I'm using a GTX 970 and would prefer to stick to 1080p,
I'm temporarily on a 144hz TN panel and I must say I'm enjoying the high refresh rate quite a lot. However, am a bit disappointed with the image quality, so looking to get an IPS. I'm not that bothered by the response time under 5ms. High refresh rate is something I really do appreciate.
Was hoping you had some recommendations.

Environment
I like to play a wide variety of games (from rts to racing to rpg to fps to moba), next to daily use for studies and work (research and writing).
Requirements:
- IPS
- 1920 x 1080 resolution
- 24 inch
- +/- 5ms response time
- VESA compatible
- Your own or others' good experience
Preferred (but optional) extras:
- High refresh rate (75 - 144hz)
- simple, not too heavy
