Direct Fresh Install of Windows 10 using Win 8.1 SL OEM

Hello guys. This is possible based on the new update right? All I have to do is download the Windows 10 ISO file and input a win 8.1 key?

The win 10 version I'll get will be the Single Language version, too?

I wont be getting problems when I buy a sealed OEM envelope right?

If you're buying Win 8.1, why not just buy Win 10 and dispense with the whole upgrade business.

There's a big price difference with the win10 home and the win8.1 sl I'm about to buy. (About $42)

I don't mind downloading the ISO file and upgrade for that much.
