The procedure entry point (....) could not be located in the dynamic link library for Metal Gear 5

The procedure entry point ?id@?$codecvt@DDH@std@@2V0locale@2@A could not be located in the dynamic link library for Metal Gear Solid 5, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!?!? Over the last few days I have been getting many dll errors from things like Metal Gear Solid 5 and Photoshop and im not sure why this is happening it never happened in the past, and I have tried re-installing them and new dlls but to no prevail. This includes random 0xc000007b errors and procedure entry point errors on photoshop, Someone please help.

- Once done do test the game and application that you're having problems with.
- If it will give you the same error do uninstall/reinstall both the game and application that's producing the error.

- If all these will not work proceed with running System Restore, bring it back to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened.
