Which build is best for skyrim and gaming in general?

My friend and I put two part list together, both to run Skyrim and some other games. We are wondering which one is best for the money. One is an Intel, the other is AMD.

The Intel build will be better due to it having a stronger CPU. Skyrim also heavily favours Intel processors as it needs pretty high single threaded performance. Even outside Skyrim, the i3 is simply a better all around CPU than the Athlon X4 860k, which is really more in competition performance wise with Pentiums like the G3258.
