Best gaming monitor for R9 390 below $200

I'm looking into getting a new gaming monitor to work well with my R9 390 graphics card. I don't really have any preferred brand or anything. Would like to stay under $200 if possible. Let me know if you need any of my specs. Thanks in advance!

It does not have to be that VG248QE and there are similar monitors liek that one.
It is basically an 144Hz 1080p TN panel.

Its an Acer GN246HL. 1ms response time, 1920 x 1080p, and 144hz. I got it for $189, on sale from $250-$300. Figured I should grab it since the sale ended yesterday.

GN246HL is ok and the price was quite good too.
That monitor is more or less the same as VG248QE.
