windows 10 unable to launch application

recently i have downloaded the bookwalker pc application on my pc. whenever i doubleclick on the icon on my desktop or try to run it as admin, my cursor would show that its loading but the app never launches. the specs of the bookwalker pc app clearly states that it is compatible with windows 10, and yet it would not launch. can someone tell me whats the problem behind this?

you could try installing it in compatibility mode, or it may need Japanese language installed on pc to work.
