Can i use Hdmi and VGA port to use dual monitor in AMD radeon HD-5450?

hello guys,
.I am having a problem when i try to connect dual monitor in my graphics card. The monitor which connect to VGA port comes out. But the second monitor connected to the HDMI doesn't work . I am using HDMI to VGA adapter .

You could have a defective adapter, is there any way you could try it on another PC?

I tried it in a laptop it work fine in there.
