Computer won't wake up after the monitors go to sleep?

Hey guys, so recently i've found that when my monitors turn off (not the computer going to sleep) I can't get it to wake up. Turning the monitors off and on just gives me the "No signal" message. I have to hard reset my computer to be able to use it again.

I reformatted my whole machine today and I am still having this issue, not sure if it's a Windows 10 issue or not. My current work around is to set my display to never go to sleep but it's wasting power having two monitors on all the time.

Any suggestions would be awesome!

if your pc is newish...see if the mb has the newest bios file. also look in the bios for keyboard and mouse wake or power on. the same goes for inisde of windows 10. there are setting for it to wake on mouse and keyboard movement.

look for an option in the bios for the motherboard that allows the computer to wake up if the mouse is moved or if a keyboard button is pressed. if thats off turn it on.

Done that. Still having the same problem, It seems to be after a Windows 10 update. Not 100% sure though.

Same exact problem, with Windows 7. Exactly as you described. I did a system restore back a couple weeks, and everything's working fine. I'm assuming it's some steath MS update that was the culprit.
