Mouse cursor continues to display during gameplay and will not go away. How to stop?

It seems to only be a problem with Fallout 4, but every now and then my mouse will annoyingly disconnect for a second and then come back, but it leaves the mouse cursor on my game. Alt tabbing doesn't work, how do I get the cursor to go away?

Sounds like you have a dodgy mouse cable, I would recommend replacing the mouse, or closing any other programs when gaming. I find this happens with skype so maybe make sure any other programs are closed.

I have a wired mouse and i would suggest purchasing one if you are looking at buying one.
