Wierd FPS drops in MMOs

Hi guys right now i'm playing blade & soul and with this game i have huge fps drops when it comes to high density fights , i tried everything but i think it's the cpu also when i fight the fps drops even if i'm alone and they drop like from 60 to 35/38 alone and with people from 40 to like 20 or lower
my spec :
AMD fx 8120
r9 280x vapor x
hdd wd 500 gb
asus sabertooth 990 fx
cooler master gx 750 w

i'm planning to upgrade to i5 6600k with a good mobo
do you think guys it will improve my fps overall ?

Yes it will improve it but if you are not going to overclock u could get an i5 4460 and a cheaper h87 board and you can keep your ddr3 ram,for skylake you need ddr4 and you will be fine and you can safe some money.MMO games are cpu intesive so it will improve you perfomance by alot in crowded areas i.e. raid instances

yeah i might go for overclock too , also can i use my ddr3 rams with the skylake and the new mobo ? or i have to get ddr4 ?

also i'm getting lag during combat in blade and soul and idk what is the problem with that since there are only 6 people in dungeon

Skylake runs with DDR4 and DDR3L u gotta look up your ram if its DDR3L if its older DDR3 RAM it probably isnt.Skylake doesnt support normal DDR3 RAM.
