Whea_uncorrectable_error i really need help

My PCs specs;
i7 6700k
Gtx 970
16gb ddr4
Gigabyte z170
Windows 10
750w nova tech power station

So I have a really bad problem which my computer and it isn't a virus as I got a brand new ssd yesterday and it still does it with just that in. I basicly have this message pop up every time I turn it on. I can log on to my computer but cannot play as it seems to freeze and then the error. I get about 30 seconds on the computer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all the updates available.
- Next is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.

- Reboot your PC once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do observe it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
