Acer Aspire ES1-131 Stuck in boot loop

Hi, I have been trying to fix my sister's Aspire ES1-131 by reinstalling windows. but before I uninstalled windows I moved PXE boot to top in BIOS but because it is uefi It is stuck in a loop (powers on, searches for server, turns off then does it all again). And I have tried all the usual function and del keys but it dosen't respond.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I tried that but now it's got black screen o' death

No that didn't work either
could the BIOS be corrupted?
Also the screen does not light up at all when powered on
