My Monitor won't display 60hz HELP

I've read a lot of other threads on this and can't find a solution.

I checked NVidia control panel and there's no option for 60hz under 4k. I can't set my games to run at 60hz. I checked the advanced monitor settings and there just isn't an option for 60hz.

I have two GTX Titan X graphics cards (the best right now) and they should support 60hz.

Please help me as I've been stuck at 30hz forever.

Plugged in via HDMI? It only supports 30Hz over HDMI, switch to display port.

You have to use display port 1.2 cable.
