windows 10 time keeps changing

After a day my time always 1 or 2 hours ahead exactly as if i changed the time zone. i check it still set to my Central time zone and I sync internet time it fixed and now correct. Day or 2 later same thing. Now I checked internet when it first happened and few said time zone change, but every time was same and a few said choose different time server to sync and I have. Still have this bug.
What else could I check?
