Windows 10 Not Recognizing Old Secondary HDD??

I just recently installed Windows 10 onto my SSD. I plugged my SATA and power cable back into my hard drive, but my computer only shows me having my SSD. How do I resolve this?

*Note* My SSD & HDD are from my previous build. The HDD still has data on it from when it was used in my previous build, which ran on Windows 7. (The OS was always installed to the SSD)

Whoops, I could've sworn I hit enter on my message earlier today. I was installing and updating Razer Synapse for my mouse, once that finished it asked for the computer to restart. After the restart my HDD suddenly showed up and works perfectly fine. My HDD shows up in disk management and is online.
