the touchscreen feature on windows 7

i looked in my control panel for the touchscreen feature. the question is : next to "pen and input;" if it says "none available" does that RIGHT THERE mean mt pcs screen isnt a touchscreen?

oh? i can just install drivers and use a stylus for touchscreens?

my pc is a dell optiplex 760. and the specs below are from the belarc.

so you didn't bought a touch screen pc? then no, you can't make it a touchscreen by installing a driver. need to buy a new monitor.
