My Screen is glitching out only in fullscreen games/apps, only with dual monitors. Please help.

So, to keep it short, at the bottom of my monitor, when I am playing games in full screen mode on my native resolution (1080p) I have a wierd glitch start happening, it is only in full screen, not border less windowed, nopt windowed. Only Full screen. It only happens on my main monitor, I am on a XFX R9 280x, I will link a video showing the problem, and how it only happens in some games, depending on their resoultions and things like that. (To be fair, the video is me trying to explain it the best I can while recording while doing it, so sorry in advance for the bad quality.)

Run Furmark and see if you get artifacts or if your display driver crashes.

Nothing
