Please help me my games do not load like i want them to. The problem was with the mountain and grass where they load when close up that is the problem, not the youtube video sorry for not addressing that. Please help fix the problem.

Do you see the mountain not rendering right when your next to it and grass? That is the issue.

That is an in-game setting if anything can be done about it at all. It is the draw distance between high(close-up) and low(far away) textures. Talk to the game developer.
