Two 1080p monitors or one 1440p

Hi, I have about a $350 budget on a monitor/monitors. I'm going to be running an Amd Radeon R9 Fury (non-x). For work 2x1080p is better.
For gaming 1 1440p is better.

For work 2x1080p is better.

Meanwhile I have 2 1440p monitors ... hehehehehe
1 for games (XB270HU) and 1 as secondary (PB278QR).
