please pick from the list and if you find any other good monitors from this list only around 8500 pesos only.

here is my choice if you dont find them good try to find anything from the link http://dynaquestpc.com/ thank you.

-BenQ VZ2350HM 23.5″ Flicker Free IPS LED Monitor
-BenQ RL2455HM 24″ Wide Led Monitor
-Asus VX239H 23″ WLED IPS Monitor
-Viewsonic VX2363S 23″ IPS LED

Solution
THE BENQ uses tn techonolgy its good(AFRTER DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING ICC PROFIELES) , BUT ONLY if u face it at a direct angle, otherwise colours wash out.
so if u watch movies and u get your head a bit out of the direct angle, the colours will fade a bit.

but hey if u can keep watching at a direct angle or a few degress off(thats still acceptable) its a greta monitor too.
but for me a 23inch panel is enough. its all up to you :)

Asus VX239H 23″ WLED IPS Monitor wins

- quality is very good from asus as asual
- is an ips display so way better colours
- on 60hz 5ms or 1ms doesnt amtter believe me. you can google it if u dont( on 144 120hz it would)
- i own a similiar screen asus mx239h and i love it.
