Screen is Fuzzy-ish

I have put a Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB edition in a computer I am building. The screen works fine but the image the GPU is turning out seems to be a little fuzzy Like ever so slightly fuzzy. It isn't as sharp as my main computer but still seems 1920x1080... This also happened on my main PC but I had an AMD card and knew how to fix it. This is my first time putting a GTX 960 in.

What is your monitor brand/model?
What monitor connection are you using (DSUB,DVI,HDMI,DP) ?
What resolution settings are you using (find under Display Settings/Advanced) ?

Can you post photo of that "screen fuzziness"?
