Upgrade a 1045T or a HD6700 vid card

Here is my setup. Its kind of a patch job.
AMD 1045T
AMD Radeon HD 6700
Antec 900
I dont recall the name but i have a 900 watt power supply
Those are the older parts


Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Dual Fan
ASRock ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+/AM3 AMD 990FX + AMD SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240­Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)


I want to replace another part. I am looking to know should it be the CPU or Video card. I have read that the 1045 still is a good CPU. Not sure how if it so old. I play LOTRO and there have been many times that the fight as been finished and i am still watching it for 20 sec on my screen.
I dont get what is doing that. Also i ruled out heat. There are 9 fans on this computer.

Hello Wolf.

If i understand it. You want to change your CPU or GPU.
If i was you i would definitely change the GPU.
Your CPU is fine, 6 core 2,7 ghz stick with this.
Upgrade your videocard tho. If you need more help just call me.
