my number keys not being recognized by computer, I am using Windows 10

I have an Acer PC, suddenly the numbers pad is not being recognized by the 'puter, I bought a new keyboard, same problem, num pad not recognized, Num lock is on !

Please do follow this steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Right click on the Windows start button and select Control Panel.
- Next is to open Ease of Access.
- Click on "Change how your keyboard works, you'll see a section that says "Control the mouse with keyboard.
- And you'll need to remove the check on "Turn ON mouse keys" then click OK.
