Is Spinpoint currently made by Samsung or Seagate?

I see hard drives listed as "Seagate Spinpoint" (i.e., http://amzn.com/B00MPWYLHO) and I'm aware Seagate bought Samsung's hard drive business, but do the current "Seagate Spinpoint" model/series drives still have Samsung guts or do they now have Seagate guts?

Made in the same factory as when Samsung was an independent company. Just the branding has changed on packaging and stickers.
